A tale of two terminals

Shanghai's Pudong International Airport opened its state-of-the-art Terminal 2 about the same time as London's Heathrow unveiled Terminal 5. Britain's airport is getting a lot of media attention because of massive stuff-ups. I don't think there's been much in the international media about it but, from what I hear, Shanghai's terminal is operating very smoothly with only a few minor ground transport hiccups that were sorted quickly.
